WELCOME TO THE SURVEY DATABASE

The Survey Database is the repository for survey mark information in South Australia.

The Survey Database stores coordinate and elevation values, accuracy statements and descriptive information about survey marks together with references to connecting plans of survey and other documents. There is information pertaining to approximately 170,000 survey marks.

The Survey Database is updated principally from plans of survey. Each certified plan of survey approved by Land Services Group, DTEI, is processed. Information from other government agencies, local government and the surveying community is also received and processed. The currency target is 1 week from receipt of the update advice.

Online inquiries and digital reports may be generated from the Survey Database. Plots can be produced by integrating the data with the Digital Cadastral Database. Digital data can also be supplied in several formats.

Contact the helpdesk if you need any assistance with your account.
